| Hoody is a bluish hooded rat (hence the really exotic name) that was born around February 9, 2000. The camera used to take these stunning photos of Hoody is a digital camera I bought merely because it was purple and lime green with a rodent printed on it. It cost $30 and works most of the time. |

| My friend Virginia (who took the good pictures of Ginny on this page) found Ginny abandoned in a field in Ontario with 100 other rats. I was lured in with pictures such as this one... |  Ginny strengthening her leg muscles for the long journey ahead. |

...and soon Ginny was on her way to Pennsylvania. We think she is an agouti hooded rex (she has a lot of bad hair days). We don't know how old she is or why she was left in a field, but we're very glad to have her here! |
